How quickly will you respond?
We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays. During tournaments or peak periods it may take up to 48 hours.
I found wrong data / a missing match — what should I do?
Email us with the match name, date, and what looks incorrect. We'll investigate and fix it as quickly as possible.
Can I request a new league or game to be added?
Yes. Let us know which league or game and we'll evaluate adding it to the platform.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Email us with your account email and we'll cancel it immediately with no questions asked.
