What currency does this calculator use?
The calculator is currency-agnostic. Enter your amounts in any currency (THB, USD, SGD, etc.) — the calculator just does the math.
What is the break-even point?
The break-even point is when your total budget (entry fees + sponsors − costs) equals or exceeds your prize pool. The calculator also shows you the minimum entry fee needed per team to break even.
Can I enter custom prize percentages?
Yes. Select "Custom" as the split preset and enter the percentage for each placement. Make sure percentages add up to 100 for accurate calculations.
Does the calculator handle taxes or transaction fees?
No. This is a simple planning calculator. Consult a financial professional if your event involves significant prize money or payment processing fees.
