How to Use

  1. Select your output language and game.
  2. Set your team size (number of main players per team).
  3. Toggle which fields you need: substitutes, Game IDs, Discord, payment proof, roster lock confirmation.
  4. Click Generate Form Template.
  5. Review the suggested fields, copy them, or download as .txt.
  6. Open Google Forms and create each question based on the template.
  7. Share your form link with participating teams.

FAQ

Can PaceScore collect registrations for my tournament?

Not yet. This tool generates a form template only. Use Google Forms, Typeform, LINE OA, or another form builder to collect actual registrations. Full registration management is planned for a future PaceScore feature.

How do I turn the template into a Google Form?

Copy the generated field list. Open Google Forms and create a new form. Add a question for each field, set the question type (Short answer, File upload, Checkbox), and mark required fields as required.

Can I add custom fields not in the template?

Yes. The template is a starting point. Add, remove, or modify any fields to fit your specific tournament requirements.

Is there a Thai language version?

Yes. Select Thai as the output language to generate all field labels in Thai. There is also a dedicated Thai-language version of this page.

What is the roster lock acknowledgement checkbox for?

It is a confirmation checkbox that teams must check when registering, acknowledging that roster changes will not be allowed after the roster lock deadline. Helps avoid disputes later.
